What to send
Corrections. If a listing is outdated, a price has changed, a service no longer works for overseas users, or you have tested a better option, send the page and details. We verify before we edit.
Sponsorship enquiries. We accept clearly labelled sponsored placements and always disclose them. Tell us the product, who it is for, and how it works from outside China.
Press. For interviews or background on our method, include your outlet, deadline and the questions you plan to ask.
Response times
We aim to answer within two business days. Complex verification requests may take longer, and we will tell you if that is the case.
